Do I need to install anything?
No. Hoia runs in the browser, on computer, tablet and phone. You can also install it as an app to open it in one click.
How does the free trial work?
14 days of the Pro plan, no card required. Only the channel manager waits until the trial ends. You then choose your plan; the first payment only happens when the trial ends.
I use another software: how do I bring my data?
The import tool brings in your rooms, guests and upcoming bookings from CSV files, with a check before import and a line-by-line report.
Where is my data hosted?
In France, in Paris. Traffic and data are encrypted, and each hotel only sees its own data.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, with no commitment. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and you have 90 days to export your data.
