What Hoia does not bill
Some services are paid by the hotel directly to the provider, without going through Hoia and with no margin:

Subscription questions
Can I change plan?
Yes, at any time. The difference is prorated on the next invoice.
Which payment methods?
Card or SEPA direct debit, on a secure Stripe page.
What if a payment fails?
You are notified and the payment is retried. Without settlement within 7 days, the hotel switches to read-only: nothing is deleted, and everything unlocks once paid.
How do I cancel?
Any time, from the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; you then have 90 days to export your data.
