Factur-X and e-reporting, already in place.

Invoices to French businesses are sent in Factur-X format to the approved platform of your choice. Sales to individuals and payments are totalled by day and VAT rate for e-reporting. New mandatory mentions are added automatically.

02Cash register

A tamper-proof, secured, archived till.

A payment cannot be deleted: it is corrected with a reversing entry, and both remain visible. Every day, month and year, the closing freezes the totals and produces a sealed, signed archive. The publisher's individual certificate can be downloaded from the app.

Tourist tax and police forms, no typing.

Tourist tax is worked out from your town's rates, entered once, and added to the folio. Police forms for foreign guests are prepared from the online check-in and kept for the legal period.
